I have worked with Melody as both as sellers and buyers agent. She is such a pleasure to work with. She makes the whole process really easy. Melody is very knowledgeable and is great at balancing guiding her clients and listening to their desires and concerns. She isn’t afraid to ask for things that benefit her clients, even if it seems risky. She makes sure you get the best out of your transaction. I would recommend Melody to anyone!

Melody was absolutely amazing to work with! From the moment she walked in the house, she was very thorough and detailed. It was my first time selling a house and she was so patient and answered all of my questions. She was spot on with listing price and we sold with a full asking price offer. Even when I thought we should drop the price, Melody assured me that we would get the offer when we had the open house. She was right!!!! Melody, thank you so much!!!!

Available, caring, and best professional team you could work with to help with your house buying / selling needs!!! Amazing people that every your best interest in mind before, during, and after the home process! Me and my wife were very nervous first time home buyers. Melody and Cliff were very accommodating, available, flexible, professional, and caring when it came to our needs and questions when it came to selecting a home. They provided recommendations, ensured we had house options that best fit our selection, made paperwork smooth and easy, and were able to answer all of our questions. They handled our negotiations and were the best advocate we could have ever asked for. Even after you buy the home, they still make sure you are taken care of if you run into any issues after buying the home. Excellent customer service and they made the process fun and easy. THESE ARE THE ABSOLUTE PICK!!! Best team available!!

My husband and I are so thankful we chose to use The Newman Group to help us list and sell our house! They were nothing but professional and really know what they’re doing. Clif and Melody both worked very hard to help us reach our goals. Melody is very personable and did a wonderful job explaining everything to us in an easy to digest way at our first meetings. She helped us set some realistic goals and helped us walk through the steps seamlessly. We had plenty of hurdles along the way that we would’ve been stumped with had we not had Melody’s help. She worked tirelessly to solve any problems that came up: and there were plenty. She worked with us and our neighbors to resolve water leak issues and fence/ property line questions. She had all the contacts needed to help get any repair work done swiftly. We had minor grout, electrical, Sheetrock, and a/c check work we needed done and also had to have our septic tank replaced. When trying to pack up a home, it would’ve been overwhelming for me to try to find contractors to fix these things on top of everything else that goes in to selling a house/ moving. Melody was able to get people to our house sometimes as quickly as the same day. Clif even came to our house himself to help with a few minor repairs. I say all of this to show that even if you feel like it will be a lot of work to sell your house, if you choose to work with The Newman Group, at least some of that stress will be relieved with their help. They truly will try their hardest to get you to your goals like they did for us.

She helped us find movers, cleaners, junk haulers and repair technicians. Melody is AMAZING!! First time homeowner (thanks to Melody) in my 40s and I've heard so many horror stories over the years of how the process can go wrong but you will be in the best hands with Melody! She is not only extremely knowledgeable but also CARES about her clients and what she is doing. She makes sure to find you the perfect house for YOUR specific needs. No question is too small and she will explain everything in detail and never makes you feel like you're bothering her (even if you have a million questions and ask her to explain everything to you like you're 5! lol). She also had fast, reliable, and affordable contacts for every other service we needed during the process and after the fact. Plus, she is just a fun person to be around! And her husband Clif was so helpful too with the inspections, final walkthrough with us, etc. They are truly the best team! Don't hesitate to use The Newman Group to buy or sell your house!

Whatever tasks or issues are needed they handle in a timely manner and exceed all expectations… there’s no need to get anxious, worried, or stressed… Melody will find out your needs and goals, and with the help of a well trained team, everything will be accomplished and more… She helped me to find a property in uptown New Orleans meeting all my criteria and budget while I am states away… She knows how to handle transactions, targets those things that need to be addressed and makes sure nothing goes overlooked. I've used them twice now and have sent multiple people their way and every time I have been pleased and happy with my purchases, along with the people I have sent. You can tell they genuinely enjoy and love getting people into their home and that helping their customers make the right choice is their main priority. Through the process, they were super thorough, patient, and very helpful on recommendations and how I should go about by find the perfect home for me. The process everytime has been so effortless and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. They kept me up to date at all times and were always available, day or night, to answer any questions I had or concerns I may have had as well.
